Specific linguistic queries / change requests can be made directly to the project manager via your login area. The project manager will then liaise with the translation team on your behalf, unless you have been allocated a dedicated translator or team of translators.

Yes, Vocalegal provides dedicated translators for the duration of your matter who will work as an extension of your legal team. This way they get to learn about the facts of case and work closely with your team

No. Your translations will be completed by experts in the field who have a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Translating a document for internal use is not the same as translating a document for external circulation or for submitting to a court. Getting the correct translation service will save you on costs, time and most importantly your reputation. See Translation Service Levels.

No, all translations are done outside Relativity. Our project managers and document reviewers are experienced in Relativity and will only need access to your repository.

Yes, our bilingual reviewers are familiar with the common ediscovery platforms such as Relativity, Nuix, Logikcull etc

We will agree on a translation/word rate for each of the different services you may need. Thereafter, whenever we receive an instruction, we use the agreed rate to invoice you.

All confidential information are subject to our data classification policy which specifies the different levels of data sensitivity and their treatment. Please ask one of our consultants for further details. General client confidentiality is an inherent part of our terms of service, and some clients also put in place an NDA with us. Vocalegal has strict NDAs with all of it's staff.

Our standard practice is to agree on terms of payment directly with our clients. However, if you'd prefer, we can also invoice your clients directly, thereby avoiding the need to manage a pay-when-paid relationship with us. We are flexible and happy to work with the approach that best suits your needs.
